Philips has created light-emitting fabric they call Lumalive. I know. How cool is that. Essentially they have found a way to embed LEDs without sacrificing fabric comfort or softness. Not only is it just one color LED, but they can change color and shape allowing all sorts of commercial opputrinities. AWESOME! Now you can whore out nike by showing it off to the world in the bleak of night. You'll never need a flash light again, just put on a shirt.
