How much are you paying for rent? Are you paying more than your neighbors? Are you paying less than your neighbors?Well with the Rentometer by iiProperty you can find out. Just enter in your address, how much you pay for rent and a description of the building and then click the Analyze my Property button. A google map with neighboring rates will pop up and you can size up the rates near you.
Pretty fun, except there isn't much information about Springfield on there yet.
